So. I haven't drawn anything in a really long time. I've got like 12 drawing requests, and I've only even started like two of them. I should work on that, but I just don't have the motivation lately.
For some people, drawing is an escape. If they're having a bad day they can just bust out the pencils and forget about their troubles. I'm not like that. I can't draw if I'm not feeling it, and I just haven't felt it for a long time now. Hopefully I get out of this rut soon, because I'd really like to finish those requests.

Have you ever gotten on to deviantART and gone to your profile and said, "Darn, still nothing new," before realizing just how stupid you are? No? Just me then? Alright.

Lord Pretty Pie

I'm bored as hell, and I saw this thing: www.deviantart.com/journal/Ori…, so I decided to do it.
This is my OC Lord Pretty Pie, made with the Pony Creator thingy. I would post something I've drawn of him, but I only have one really awful picture, so this'll have to do.
1). Introduce your character.
This is Lord Pretty Pie. Uh. Yeah.
2). What’s your characters personality strengths?
He's a fantastic leader, when he needs to be.
3). What’s your characters main flaw?
Vanity. He's Pretty great, and nopony can tell him otherwise.
4). Does your character have any habits?
For some reason, he likes to rename everyone he meets to something he thinks "Better suits them."
5). What animal symbolizes your character, and why?
Well... He's a pony? I'd go with pony. If it must be a different animal, I'd go with peacock, because they're flashy.
6). What is their biggest fear?
Hidden passage ways. *Shivers*
7). What do they most desire in the whole world?
Though he is a 'Lord', he actually doesn't rule over any land. His greatest dream is to one day rule over a great empire.
8). Do they have any pet peeves?
Being called by his first name, "Pretty", and for multiple reasons. One, it implies a familiarity with him that he feels nopony is worthy of. Two, despite believing he is quite attractive, he feels that 'pretty' isn't the right word to describe him. Devilishly Handsome, perhaps, or maybe Drop Dead Sexy, would be more appropriate. And 3, it just sounds silly.
9). Tell us about one of your characters talents?
He claims to be a master of teleportation magic, among other fields, but he's rather inaccurate with it. Still, teleporting at all is quite a feat, and despite being debatably 'bad' at it, he shows a lot of raw strength.
10). What do they wish they could change about themselves?
Pfft, no. He's absolutely perfect.
11). Is your character optimistic or pessimistic?
I'd say he's an optimist, at least in rearguard to his own endeavors, but the same can't be said for his confidence in others.
12). Are they dependent or independent?
Well, he works alone, in most regards, but he is dependent on a lot of things. Most prominently his seemingly endless source of money.
13). What is their most prized possession?
His beautiful purple cape, as it is a symbol of his status.
14). What is their proudest achievement?
Lord Pie has written and published a series of books entitled "Lord Pie's Epic Adventures and Fantastic Feats", detailing mostly semi-trueish past endeavors of his.
15). What is your characters saddest memory?
He had to kill his father (And twelve siblings) to finally achieve the title of 'Lord'. Kinda bums him out some times, and led to the confiscation of his land... But it was totally worth it.
16). What were they like as a child?
He was raised in a noble household, youngest of 13 children, and very ambitious. His only dream then was to one day become the Lord of his father's land. The above answer tells you how that went over.
17). What is the first thing others notice about your character?
LPP Is kinda a dick. It doesn't take long to find out, because he Always has to make a big entrance, and clarifies that he should be addressed as "My Lord".
18). Is your character sociable or unsociable?
Very sociable. He loves talking to other ponies. It's when other ponies talk to HIM that he gets bothered.
19). What about your character do others love?
He has more money than he knows how to spend, and isn't afraid to throw it around.
20). What about your character do others dislike or find annoying?
Well. You could read through the other answers and see for yourself, but I'll do a recap. He likes to give out new names to ponies instead of using their actual name. He's extremely vain and self centered, caring for little that doesn't directly effect him. He always has to be the center of attention. He's either extremely sarcastic, or just really stupid. Maybe both. It's hard to tell. Need I go on?

You know, for the longest time, I've been thinking I could totally do drawing commission. And then I would always think "But who the hell would want a drawing from me?" To which I'd respond "Oh come on, there are worse artists out there getting paid for their stuff." To which I'd retaliate "Sure, but there are also much Better artists out there charging next to nothing." And I'd reply "Well, I guess I could just hope some stupid person happens to wander by with more money than they know what to do with.... Man, I really need to stop talking to myself..." Uh... Wait, where was I going with this...?
Basically, I saw the new Twilight and Trixie Funko Figures, and they're awesome, but I have no money, so I figure I could try to sell some drawings or something to make a few bucks. Prices are Sooooooooooooooo negotiable, but I'd guesstimate around $5.
